We also assist our clients to survey their lands and serve as consultant to process their building plans and certificate of occupancy (C of O). Our goal is to render profitable real estate services to property developers both home and abroad including business men / women who intend to own any form of property or assets in any part of Edo State and Nigeria.

Eghecrown (Nig.) Ventures and Company in pursuant to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has been constituted as a corporate body under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and has been entrusted and established as estate surveying/valuation, general contract, general merchandise/Trading. We assist developers (real estate developers, commercial/industrial estate developers, educational institution developers) in properties developments and management.

We see the need to establish a reliable real estate company that will better serve businessmen/women both home and abroad, including non business men/women who intend to own any form of property or asset in any part of Edo State and Nigeria.
